AVEK’s application system out of use 1.12.2021–9.1.2022

As we are changing our application system at the turn of the year, the current system will be out of use for a bit over a month. The new application system opens on the 10th of January 2022.

The current application system will be closed on Wednesday the 30th of November at 4pm. From 1.12.2021 to 9.1.2022 we won’t be accepting any new applications or final reports.

Applications and final reports may be sent in the current system until 4pm on Tuesday 30.11. We aim to check these final reports within two weeks from their arrival and final payments of approved reports will be payed before Christmas. Applications have a normal 4–6-week processing time. If a support decision is not made until the end of the year, the application is transferred to the new application system.

The new application system will open for applicants on Monday the 10th of January 2022. Concurrently, we will publish new registration instructions as well as updated application guidelines. Applicants should read these instruction carefully before sending their applications or final reports in the new system.

On the 12th of January, we will organize an info event about the new system and the updated guidelines. Registration for the event will be opened later.
