Requesting a password for the licence store
Request a password for the store by filling in your email address in the field here. Follow the instructions in the email you received to update your password and log in to the store using your own credentials.
Reviewing your details in the licence store settings
Review your details via the ‘Settings’ button in the upper right-hand corner. It is particularly important to ensure that your organisation’s details, including the invoicing information, are correct. If you are a corporate customer, also check the details of any other companies if you have previously ordered a licence for several different companies at once.
NOTE! Remember to save the details you have entered by clicking the ‘Save’ button at the bottom of each page.
Renewing or updating a licence order
Click the ‘Licence store’ button in the upper right-hand corner and select the ‘Renew or update licence order’ tab. You will now be able to view your previous order. Select the ‘Update licence content’ or ‘Renew licence’ button (only one of the buttons will be visible, depending on the type of agreement). Update all the relevant details for your order. You can, for example:
- add a reference number
- switch between fixed-term and continuous licence types
- change the number of licences
- add or remove a training and consulting licence (corporate customers)
- add or remove licences from your other companies.
- Accept the order by clicking the ‘Renew order’ button.
